REIA Hard Money (RHM) is a hard money lender owned and operated by Aimful Companies (also the owner and manager of the Milwaukee REIA/Milwaukee REIA Mentoring Program). 

RHM will only be funding deals from members of the Milwaukee REIA, and will only fund deals in the Greater Milwaukee Area.  We are striving to be the go to option for Milwaukee REIA members, and will achieve this by offering a quick and efficient submission process, a seamless approval and funding process, and the most competitive rates offered in our market.
