Behind Milwaukee REIA is a team of passionate investors, educators, and community builders who work hard to make our organization a thriving hub for real estate success. Each team member brings their own experience and expertise—whether it’s flipping homes, mentoring new investors, managing rentals, or building strong community connections. Together, we’re here to support our members, share knowledge, and create opportunities for growth.

Eric Lundberg

Founder

Eric has been actively investing in real estate since 1999, with a specialized focus on acquiring, renovating, and selling single-family homes and rental properties. His entrepreneurial journey began while attending UW–Madison, where he discovered his passion for real estate and laid the foundation for a career centered on building wealth and creating opportunities for others.

As the founder of Milwaukee REIA, Eric has grown the organization into Wisconsin’s premier real estate investor community, now home to hundreds of active members. Beyond building a thriving network, he plays a hands-on role in educating and mentoring investors through Milwaukee REIA Mentoring, where he shares his expertise in strategic investments and guides others toward financial freedom.

Dedicated to helping others succeed, Eric can often be found at monthly meetings, workshops, and special events—connecting with members, sharing insights, and continuing to foster a community where networking, education, and opportunity converge.

Anna Randowski

Executive Director

Anna Randowski has been the Executive Director of the Milwaukee Real Estate Investors Association since 2020. With a degree in Event Management from Iowa State University and a genuine passion for helping others succeed, Anna has become the driving force behind many of the programs and events that keep our community thriving.

Although she isn’t a real estate investor herself, Anna’s “outsider” perspective gives her a unique ability to see things through the eyes of beginners. She’s always looking for ways to simplify the learning curve, connect members with the right resources, and create a welcoming environment where investors of all levels can feel supported.

Outside of REIA, Anna enjoys life at home with her husband and their two dogs, Riley and Iroh. She loves gathering with friends and family for a good board game night, experimenting with new baking recipes, or curling up with a great book.
