The Milwaukee REIA WINGS Luncheon is a chance for the powerful women of the REIA to meet, network,

This is a focus group for women only. During this engaging sub-group meeting, we talk about current deals, challenges and successes you are having. It's an amazing place to meet others that are investing in real estate to gain insight and learn new techniques.
Each month a different speaker may join to share specific industry knowledge or we may have
an open forum to discuss your deals, challenges, and triumphs.
This month's topic - Beyond the Bank: Getting to "Yes" with SGH Commercial Capital!
Shane Haness is the founder of SGH Commercial Capital. He provides alternative financing for business loans and investor loans. He wants to say Yes if the bank says No. They have over 70 different loan programs. He works with A-D credit profiles and funds deals Nationwide. On the Real Estate side, he covers 1-9 unit residential investment properties for rental loans, renovation loans, fix n flips, new construction, portfolio blanket, foreign national programs, mixed use, & multifamily. They also finance commercial properties. They have conventional, private money and hard money options upon approval.
