The Featured Presentation :: Ask the Expert Series - Part 1
An interactive meeting format, the Milwaukee REIA Roundtable is a chance for you to participate in the development of the meeting itself. What opportunity or pressing challenge would you like to discuss? Who do you need to meet? Contractors? REALTORs? Suppliers? Partners? Do you have an opportunity that you're not quite sure how to handle? Maybe you're someone that enjoys "giving back" with your sage advice? Join the mastermind.
This month we present: Find, Fix, Repeat - a 3-part series led by Eric Lundberg based on his year-to-date purchases with all the actual numbers and case studies.
As of Sept 1, Eric’s company has a projected gross profit of $388,456 based on purchased properties and another 11 deals pending. Eric will show how, in this market where finding deals is the biggest challenge, he and his team have been able to reliably purchase 2+ properties every month. Further, with two rehabbing crews and a disposition expert from the REIA, he has been consistently selling the properties for profit. Eric will explain the costs required, discuss his burn charts and overhead process and showcase how his team communicates.
You can expect many nuggets of info and look forward to having many of your questions answered. Given the short format, plan on taking notes and having homework to do after each meeting.
Tonight's focus is FINDING DEALS, we will learn:
- Practical tips for Direct Mail and online Online lead generation
- Alternative ways to find deals
- Networking tips
- Tracking and your leads and the follow-up process
October we will focus on FIXING THE DEALS, and in November we will learn about setting up your business to REPEAT the process, instead of becoming a one-hit wonder
