ANNUAL YEAR IN REVIEW
Continuing a popular New Years tradition, Eric will be presenting at the January meeting on three main topics:
First, he will share the marketing trends that worked and ensuing results for REI in 2021. By sharing the real numbers, he'll guide members through both the process of finding deals and also lay bare the end results.
The second topic is goal setting. This New Year's tradition is one we all participate in some ways, and since 2015 Eric has shared both his personal experience and those of thought leaders.
Finally, knowing what worked the year before does NOT necessarily help prepare for the year ahead. Pulling data from across the country Eric will explain how he's preparing for the coming change in our local market.

Eric is the founder and owner of the Milwaukee REIA. He brings over 23 years of real estate investing experience to the conversation.
After turning to full-time investing back in 2004, he has produced over five million dollars in sales of his own real estate investments along with generating over five million in private lending deals.
Whatever may lay ahead in 2023, the REIA and its members will be a source of guidance in navigating the changes ahead.
