Join us for this monthly focus group where you will have the opportunity to network with other like-minded investors who currently own or hoping to own apartments or other commercial properties!
Each month Christy will provide a short presentation of a topic of interest to the members. This presentation will be followed by an open forum for attendees to ask questions, share advice, voice concerns, and network with other like-minded investors.
Lead by Christy Librizzi who previously worked with the Milwaukee REIA has extensive knowledge of the world of apartments. As a self-described real estate junkie, Christy has been involved with homes in one form or another from a young age. Christy has the hands-on skills coupled with the boots-on-the-ground experience to back her knowledge of the real estate world.
