Kurt Kasdorf
Kurt Kasdorf is a full-time real estate investor and property manager. In 2012 he founded Kasdorf Property Management LLC to manage his growing investment portfolio. Today, his company serves over 25 different owner-clients, with over 700 units under management. Its primary territory is southeastern Wisconsin, but also has expanded throughout the state. He is passionate about growing as an investor, serving his owner clients, and striving to give his tenants a positive rental experience.
Kurt holds a BA in Philosophy from Wheaton College (IL), and an MBA from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Lubar School of Business (’15). He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at UWM in their Real Estate Certificate Program.
Kurt also serves as a Board Member of the Rental Property Association of Wisconsin (RPA), the largest landlord/investor trade group in Wisconsin.
His other hobbies include waterskiing, snow skiing, scuba diving, and salsa dancing. He lives in Fox Point, WI with a dog, cat, and youngest son.
Mike "Big Mike" Danielson
Mike Danielson, aka “Big Mike” is Vice President of Business Banking & Commercial Real Estate at WaterStone Bank. Mike works with both business owners and real estate investors, and his primary focus is the financing of real estate transactions for his clients.
Mike has over 25 years of professional experience, including residential mortgage lending, owning a mortgage company, owning a title insurance company, personal banking, private client banking, SBA lending, small business lending, and commercial real estate lending.
Mike graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in 1998 with a double majors in Accounting and Real Estate.
Mike resides in Elm Grove, WI with his wife, Sheri, and their two Dachshunds (wiener dogs), Cooper & Ruby.
Ryan Dworak
Ryan has a diverse background of work experiences ranging from a corporate setting to entrepreneurial endeavors. Over the past 15 years, he has gained extensive knowledge in real estate investments, operations, supply chain management, and finance.
His real estate journey consists of managing a personal portfolio of rentals, participating as a limited partner in syndications, and sponsoring several projects as a general partner. Ryan continues to expand his investment knowledge and achievements in commercial real estate, business acquisition and senior housing. He is actively invested in several commercial real estate projects which includes ownership interest in 165 multifamily units and 206 licensed CBRF (Assisted Living) beds.
Most recently, Ryan has been instrumental in the acquisition, management, and growth of the senior housing communities he is involved in. Other notable achievements include Co-Founding a successful tea beverage business and building a cash flowing ATM portfolio. Commercial Real Estate allows him to bring a much-appreciated level of problem solving, creativity, and ambition to the team, while utilizing a platform to impact those we interact and invest with. Ryan holds an MBA with a focus in Finance and considers himself an avid learner.
He is a father of two young daughters and a proud husband to his wife, Britni. He pursues each day seeking to positively impact his family, those he works with, and the projects he is invested in.
