Close More Deals Without Spending More Money on Marketing!

Real Estate Investors love to brag about how much they shaved off the asking price when they bought a property - at least they used to brag about that, until times changes.

Big fish are still out there waiting to bite your lure, trophy bucks are still running around the woods, and rare antiques still pop up in garage sales. But in today's real estate markets, those brag-worth discount prices on properties have all but gone extinct.

As any savvy investor can tell, the winds of business have changed and now they're blowing directly toward seller financing - especially when you're the buyer. Getting the seller to finance the property you're buying allows you to make money in ways you didn't know were possible.

Real Estate investing has changed more in the last 5 years than it has in the last 100 years.  Because of that, wholesalers fix & flippers and landlords literally have to make 20 offers to get 1 deal accepted.  That’s a lot of work and only a 5% success rate.  Note School is going to show you how to double your success rate by teaching you how to buy on terms.  The most successful investors will optimize their results by combining real estate investing with creative financing techniques that work for all investors.

At this event you will Learn How To:

  • Double Your Profits Without Spending an Extra Dollar on Marketing
  • Double Your Offer Versus Acceptance Rate When Making Offers on Properties (Great for Wholesalers and Fix & Flippers)
  • Solve the problems of low inventory and high prices
  • Why Non-Performing Notes are the Hottest Buy for Real Estate Investors Today
  • Using Your Self Directed IRA as a Bank for Passive Income
  • How to Wholesale a “Note” versus a “House” and why it’s much easier and much more profitable

Joe Varnadore will be presenting

Joe investing in his first property at the age of 19 and learned the importance of using creative financing to make the deal work. Since then, Joe has created, brokered, bought and sold more than 10,000 real estate notes on both residential and commercial properties.   As an author, speaker, and trainer for the past 25 years, he believes that there has never been a greater opportunity for real estate investors to use non-performing notes to acquire properties and seller-financing to cash out.

We will be doing a Contractor Corner Event at the beginning of this meeting.
