This is a focus group for women only. During this engaging sub-group meeting, we talk about current deals, challenges and successes you are having. It's an amazing place to meet others that are investing in real estate to gain insight and learn new techniques.
Each month a different speaker may join to share specific industry knowledge or we may havean open forum to discuss your deals, challenges, and triumphs.
This month's topic - Mid Term Rentals with Kesha Wilkinson!
Kesha Wilkinson is a real estate investor and entrepreneur based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and the founder of Urban REI Ventures. She specializes in acquiring, renovating, and managing properties for mid-term rentals, providing quality housing for traveling professionals. Her work focuses on creating win-win opportunities for both homeowners and guests while contributing to the revitalization of local communities.
In addition to her real estate work, Kesha is the founder of Urban Garden Diva, a wellness brand offering gardening consulting and handcrafted herbal teas. She is also a doctoral candidate whose research explores how campus environments support student persistence, reflecting her ongoing commitment to community impact both inside and outside the classroom.
