Their unique perspectives will help you sort it all out and realize that being a landlord isn't just sitting on a beach and collecting a check (although it could be one day!), and that you must run your business like a business in order to be successful.

HOST	Eric Lundberg	Eric is the founder and owner of the Milwaukee REIA. He brings over 22 years of real estate investing experience to the conversation.  This month, Eric will be moderating our panel of Landlord Professionals.
Vendor of the Month	Always Towing	Melissa from Always Towing & Recovery will share some insights as to how their "no cost to the property owner" towing services can help you achieve parking compliance at your properties.
Property Manager	Matt Maurice	Matt exchanged a college fund for his first investment property.  Neither college nor corporate America was a good fit for him, so he founded REIS Property Management, an investor-friendly property management company with a niche in the single family and duplex rental market.
Landlord	Ron Hegwood	With over 30 years of experience with his own rental properties, Ron is the current president of the Apartment Association of Southeast Wisconsin (AASEW)
Landlord	Tim Ballering	Tim has been building his rental portfolio since 1977 and currently owns over 300 rental units. He has served on the board of AASEW for almost 30 years (including 10 as its president), and remains dedicated to protecting landlord rights. He maintains a blog at justalandlord.com
