The Milwaukee REIA, in only it's second month in existense last year, had the priveledge of hearing one the nation's best speakers at our monthly meeting. Everybody at that meeting was blown away at what they learned from that great speaker.
That speaker was Jane Garvey.
Jane has been investing in real estate since 1979. Jane teaches other investors about rehabs, creative financing, finding deals, etc and she runs the CCIA (Chicago Creative Investor's Association).
Jane invests in and around the greater Chicagoland area, but she will also invest elsewhere in the country when the the opportunity is sufficiently attractive to justify it.
Jane would advise anyone interested in investing to get involved with their local group and now you are lucky enough to hear her speak at your local group.
If you are an experienced investor, a new investor, or someone who wants to be an investor then you do not want to miss this month's meeting.
