This Month's Presenters

HOST Eric Lundberg Eric is the founder and owner of the Milwaukee REIA. He brings over 22 years of real estate investing experience to the conversation.  This month, Eric will be leading the proceedings and discussion.
Vendor of the Month Gabe Ruffolo Gabe, along with his wife Janet, run the Short Sale Specialists team. They can help you work those properties you thought were dead ends and lead you to successful closings by negotiating short sales for you.
Speaker 1 Jeff Watson Jeff has been an attorney since 1991 and a landlord and real estate investor since 1993. He is recognized as a thought leader and innovator in the field of real estate investing, wealth building and self directed retirement account transactions, and has authored four books.
Speaker 1 Dan Hanlon Dan is one of our Business Partners with Midland IRA, a self-directed IRA company located in Chicago. He will go over the particulars of setting up an account and some of the advantages of using an IRA for investing in real estate.
